What does an AI workflow audit cost?
$750, and every price is listed plainly on the pricing page. That covers a 45-minute discovery call, a written report with specific recommendations, and a 30-minute review call to walk through it together.
Which call is the free one?
The 15-minute intro call, and only that one. It's a quick conversation to figure out whether an audit makes sense for you, and there's no obligation at the end of it. The 45-minute discovery call is part of the paid $750 audit, not a free consultation. If you already know you want the audit, you're welcome to skip the intro and book it directly.
How long does an audit take?
About two weeks from booking to delivery. Most of that time is me analyzing what we talked about and building your report, not you waiting around.
What if the audit doesn't find anything useful?
Then you don't pay. The audit comes with a guarantee — the specifics are spelled out on the pricing page.
Who is this for?
Small business owners, usually with a handful of employees, who feel like they're drowning in repetitive admin work. Scheduling, invoicing, follow-up, that kind of thing.
Do you only work with businesses in Louisiana?
No. I work with small businesses anywhere in the United States. I'm based in New Iberia, Louisiana, but what I deliver is digital — a written audit, documented processes, working automations — and the calls happen over video. A client in Oregon gets exactly the same engagement a client down the road from me gets. If you are here in Acadiana, I'm happy to meet in person, but nothing about the work requires it.
How do we work together if we're in different time zones?
Booking shows my availability in your own time zone, so you pick what works for you. Beyond the scheduled calls, most of the back-and-forth happens by email on your schedule, not mine.
Do I need to already understand AI to work with you?
No. That's actually the point. I translate what's possible into what you should actually do, in plain terms.

Here's my honest background: seven years in the operations side of retail and people management. The messy, human side of how a business actually runs day to day, not the version that looks good in a slide deck. That's where I learned to read what the numbers were really telling me, and more importantly, what to actually do about it. So now I build on that. Dashboards, systems, tools, whatever a business actually needs to see what's happening and fix it. Sometimes that's a whole workflow overhaul. Sometimes it's just someone looking at your week and saying, start here. And while I love this consulting work, I'm also open to full-time operational leadership roles where I can build and run these systems from the inside.
