These Terms of Use govern your use of traceytrahan.com and the services offered by Teche Workflow Consulting, LLC ("Teche Workflow," "we," "us"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Teche Workflow Consulting provides AI-assisted workflow audits, process documentation (SOPs), automation implementation, and ongoing operational support for small businesses. Services are described in detail at the time of engagement and confirmed in writing (email or signed agreement) before work begins.

2. Not Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

Nothing provided through our services, reports, or this website constitutes legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Recommendations are operational in nature. You should consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your legal, financial, or tax situation.

3. Website Tools

The Time-Waste Calculator, SOP Showcase, and other interactive tools on this site provide general estimates and illustrative examples only. They are not a substitute for a full audit and should not be relied on as a precise assessment of your business.

4. Payment & Guarantee

The AI Workflow Audit is offered at a fixed fee, payable before or at the time of the discovery call, as confirmed in your engagement details.

Guarantee: If the audit report does not identify at least 5 hours per week in specific, actionable time-saving opportunities, you may request a full refund within 7 days of report delivery. Refunds may alternatively be applied as credit toward implementation services, at your choice. This guarantee applies to the audit deliverable only and does not extend to implementation or ongoing support engagements.

5. Recording of Calls

Discovery, review, and other consultation calls may be recorded and transcribed using third-party note-taking tools for the purpose of preparing accurate reports and documentation. By participating in a call, you consent to this recording. If you prefer a call not be recorded, let us know before the call begins.

6. Confidentiality

We treat information shared during audits and engagements as confidential and will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. A mutual confidentiality agreement is available on request for larger engagements.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the specific deliverables prepared for your business (reports, SOPs, and custom documentation). Teche Workflow Consulting retains ownership of its underlying methods, templates, tools, and any general frameworks used to produce those deliverables.

8. Limitation of Liability

Teche Workflow Consulting provides recommendations based on information you provide and general best practices. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from decisions made using our recommendations, implementation performed by third parties, or actions taken outside the scope of a written engagement. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that specific engagement.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
