This Privacy Policy explains how Teche Workflow Consulting, LLC ("we," "us") handles information collected through traceytrahan.com and our services.

1. Information We Collect Directly

When you use our contact tools or interactive resources (Time-Waste Calculator, SOP Showcase), we do not require an email address or account to use them, and inputs to those tools are not stored or transmitted to us.

2. Information Collected Through Booking (Calendly)

When you book a call, our scheduling is handled by Calendly, a third-party service. When you use the embedded scheduler, Calendly collects the information you provide (such as your name, email address, and meeting details) and may use cookies to operate the booking widget, including for its own analytics purposes (such as Google Analytics). We receive your booking information as the organizer of the meeting; Calendly's own Privacy Notice governs how Calendly itself handles that data. You can review or manage cookie preferences for Calendly through your browser settings.

3. Website Hosting (Cloudflare Pages)

This site is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard technical log data (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) as part of delivering the site securely. This is infrastructure-level processing, not used by us for marketing or tracking purposes.

4. Cookies

This site uses cookies primarily through the embedded Calendly scheduler. You'll see a cookie notice on first visit; you may decline non-essential cookies, in which case the booking widget will load only when you choose to interact with it. See our Cookie Notice for details.

5. Information Collected During Engagements

If you engage our services, we collect business information you share during discovery calls and audits (which may be recorded — see our Terms of Use), along with contact and invoicing information needed to deliver and bill for services. This information is used solely to provide our services and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Third-Party Tools

We may use AI-assisted and note-taking tools (such as Fathom) during consultation calls to transcribe and summarize discussions for the purpose of preparing accurate reports. These tools process call audio and transcripts under their own privacy terms.

7. Your Choices

You may decline cookies, decline to have a call recorded (let us know before the call begins), and request that we delete business information we hold about you once our engagement has concluded, subject to standard recordkeeping requirements.
