Little Business Booster
What a $297 site actually looks like
The hardest part of selling a website to a one-person business is that "you'll get a website" doesn't mean anything until you see one. So I built two, for two very different kinds of business, and left them here for you to click through.
Neither of these businesses is real. I made both of them up so I could show the finished product without putting a client's page on display. There are no real bookings, results, customers, or reviews on either one.

Why Not Just Facebook?
Your page is doing half the work, at best
Facebook is genuinely good at one thing: staying in front of people who already know you. It's the customers who don't know you yet where a page on its own starts costing you money. Here's the case, in numbers.
The trap
The blind spot
Only 56.3% of adult internet users are on Facebook at all. Running your business entirely there locks out nearly 44% of your potential local customers, who are searching on Google instead and will never see you.
Algorithm dependency
Organic reach on a business page is low and getting lower. One algorithm shift and your posts stop showing up, unless you start paying for ads to reach people who already followed you.
You don't own it
The page isn't yours. A policy change, a false flag, or a plain account bug can take your entire booking funnel offline overnight, and there's no one to call about it.
The numbers
Global reach cap
Facebook misses nearly 44% of the online adult population entirely.
Search first
Shoppers research on search engines before buying, bypassing social-only pages.
Trust threshold
Over half of consumers won't trust a business operating without its own website.
Credibility factor
Up to 75% of customers judge a company's credibility on website design alone.
Revenue increase
Annual lift from moving off manual and social bookings to automated site booking.
New customer spike
Increase in brand-new client acquisition after launching an online scheduler.
After-hours bookings
Four in ten clients book outside business hours, while you're asleep.
Higher show-up rate
From the automatic SMS and email reminders built into the site.
Saved every week
Time recovered from the back-and-forth of booking by Messenger.
These are published industry figures, not results from my own clients. Your business is not an average, and I'd rather tell you that up front than quote you a number I can't stand behind.
The fix, and you keep your page
A website doesn't replace Facebook. It finishes the job.
Keep posting. Keep the community you already built. The website picks up everything Facebook structurally can't do for you.
Higher consumer trust
A real site at your own address reads as a real business. It removes the red flag that a social page alone raises for anyone who hasn't met you.
Search intent capture
Proper local SEO puts you in front of people typing "[your service] near me" right now, ready to book. That's the whole audience sitting outside Facebook.
Zero friction booking
No Facebook account, no Messenger app, no waiting on a reply. Anyone can book directly, at any hour, in about thirty seconds.
